CMCelje d.d. is a Slovenia-based company with over 45 years’ experience in the market, with more than 400 employees. Through its subsidiaries, it has also developed consolidated experience in the de- sign and building of civil buildings, roads, pipes, sports facilities, bridges, viaducts and similar, as well as in building materials and products.

The agreement is the result of a series of meetings, between their management and ours who, in a period of about six months, have outlined the fields and ac-

tions of mutual interest. The aim of the joint ven- ture is to jointly take busi- ness opportunities relating to our relative spheres of operations, in the Balkans and more specifically in

Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Macedonia and Albania. Through the patrimony of commercial rela- tions and the analysis and sharing of de- velopment policies, the parties aim to give life to the contents of the agreement, in a climate of reciprocal collaboration and co-

operation.
There are numerous initia- tives of reciprocal interest, from the exploitation of quarries to the promotion of building management activities in the sector of ex- isting cement works, to the production of materials for

building and infrastructures, as well as tak- ing part in international bids for tender. Under the agreement, all the CMCelje of- fices will be considered offices of Team- network and vice versa, as well as the re- ciprocal pledge of advertising the respec- tive trademarks.

Commercial initiatives of this kind, in a scenario which is increasingly driven to- wards phenomena of globalization, are the guarantee of professional growth and the improvement of products and services, as well as allowing the penetration of markets of reference other than traditional ones.
