The Best Year Yet course, a group coaching and results management program for companies, was created to achieve various objectives: from developing team spirit and increasing performance to enhancing employment motivation as well as planning and strategic implementation of objectives. The Best Year Yet (BYY) is a performance improvement system that offers a protocol involving a year of follow-ups. It includes a measurement tool, reports and supports based on the use of shared guidelines, new visions plus a specific focus on objectives. The course taken by the managers generated the following real results: sharing of proposed objectives, comparison and more effective communication between various company departments, and alignment of personal objectives with company and team goals. The overall assessment was positive and the participants of the course that ended on 7 December 2007 in Merano were more than satisfied with the final results.
